Step 2 — Find Your Download

Can't Find the File You Just Downloaded?

After you click the button above, most browsers save the file but don't open it for you. Look for the download arrow in the top-right corner of your browser window.

Click the Yellow Button

Hit the Download TeamViewer QS button above. Your browser will start downloading a small file (about 30 MB).

Look Top-Right

If a window doesn't pop up automatically, look for the download arrow icon in the upper-right corner of your browser. Click it.

Open the File

Click TeamViewerQS.exe to open it. A small window will appear with your ID and password. Share those with your helpdesk engineer.
