Zack Collins joined the DataTrends team in early 2022 and has steadily grown into one of our most versatile engineers. He studied Cybersecurity and Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University and holds certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and WatchGuard.

Before stepping into IT, Zack spent four years as a paramedic with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, an experience that built the steady, problem-solving instincts he now brings to every client engagement. Since joining DataTrends, he has earned back-to-back promotions, moving up to Junior Engineer in January 2024 and to Engineer in April 2026.
