Technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk experience
Background in information technology
Excellent communication, customer service, and integrity
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred
Fluency with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Network and server support experience
Competence in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and how businesses adopt them
